When emailing, include a clear subject line and, where relevant, links to source documents.

Corrections and clarifications

Defence Matters operates a corrections process and displays a corrections note at the bottom of articles.

To request a correction, email editor@defencematters.eu and include:

  • the article URL

  • the passage you believe is incorrect (quote it)

  • what you believe the correct information should be

  • supporting evidence (links or documents)

Right of reply

Requests for right of reply should be sent to editor@defencematters.eu with the article URL and the text you wish to submit. We may edit for length and legal risk.

Advertising

Defence Matters accepts direct-sold banner advertising.

For media packs, placements, formats, and scheduling, contact editor@defencematters.eu and include:

  • campaign dates

  • preferred positions (if any)

  • creative specifications you can supply (sizes/formats)

  • billing details for invoicing

Comments and moderation

If you want to report a comment or raise a moderation issue, email editor@defencematters.eu with:

  • the article URL

  • the comment text (copy/paste)

  • the reason for the report
